Haley has been in the construction industry for over 10 years. As a Senior Project Field Administrator for Swinerton Builders for over 5 years, Haley has been a part of building San Diego’s downtown skyline from literally, the ground up. Alexan East Village now stands 36 stories high on some of the largest and most technical foundations in San Diego. Alexan Little Italy, Sycuan Casino addition, San Diego State, and General Atomic are some of Haley’s other favorite projects while working with Swinerton.

At R.A.D., she assists with project scheduling, payroll, invoicing, and most importantly, assisting clients with a smooth project from start to finish. She works closely with our crews, engineers, and inspectors to ensure a timely project completion on budget with proper certifications, as necessary.

Haley looks forward to enhancing R.A.D. Construction and ensuring they remain a leader in our industry and communities for many more years to come.
