R.A.D Construction Inc. employs approximately 15 full-time employees, who we consider to be the company's greatest assets. Clayton Judy and William Reeves (Vice Presidents of Operations) has been with the company since its inception in 1994. They currently interface directly with homeowners, engineers, city officials, and our work crews. Their professionalism and work ethic is extraordinary.
Collectively, we are dedicated to providing our community with professional customer service and quality workmanship which meets industry standards at competitive prices.
Our Founders
Russ and Diana Burdeno
Russ and Diana Burdeno (R.A.D) started R.A.D Construction Inc. in 1994. Their college educations and many years of experience in San Diego's engineering, building and real estate industries have contributed to their commitment to excellence and success.
Russ and Diana are both involved and committed to the daily activities of R.A.D Construction Inc. They take pride in their continuous interaction with each and every one of their team members and clients.

R.A.D Construction Inc. is a fully licensed and insured corporation with Worker's Compensation and General Liability Insurance. We carry the required amount of Worker's Compensation Insurance and General Liability Insurance. We have been members of the Better Business Bureau since 1996.
