Russ is the founder and a consultant of R.A.D Construction Inc. with his wife Diana. Russ Burdeno has been working in the foundation repair industry for over 35 years. He started R.A.D Construction Inc. in 1994 and quickly became the leader in the industry for foundation and drainage repairs. Russ prides himself on consulting with clients and working with them to find the best strategy for each unique situation. His thorough approach gives our client's the peace of mind they need to make an educated decision about their foundation needs. Russ is also our mulit-residential and drainage expert. He will consult with HOA's, Property Managers, and Investors as to the most efficient way to tackle a repair project and work within their budget. His knowledge of San Diego Geology and soils condition is extensive from his many years working locally in San Diego.

Russ spends his spare time coaching youth sports, such as soccer and martial arts, playing soccer, riding motorcycles, and camping with his family.
