William has been with R.A.D for over 30 years. He has performed literally every function imaginable within our organization. William has not only built many of San Diego foundations, he is also very knowledgeable with design, engineering and soil conditions that affect San Diego homes. Will is a Licensed General Contractor with specialties in concrete, pipe piles, and foundation jacking. He is one of our field estimators that you will meet on site. William is also our Permit Processing Representative at each City entity.
